More Fresh Breath Facts

Today is National Fresh Breath day so we thought we would share a few more fresh breath tips with you. If you missed our other fresh breath tips, you can check them out here.

Mint & Cinnamon –

Chewing on a fresh mint sprig or a cinnamon stick can quickly freshen your breath.

Water –

Our circumstances don’t always allow for us to brush our teeth right after we eat but rinsing with water can actually keep bad breath at bay.

Spices & Seeds –

Eating spices and seeds such as clove, anise and fennel are great solutions for fresher breath. And don’t forget about that parsley garnish on your plate, parsley is a wonderful breath freshener.
